"Milled" Shell Cordovan is the result of a collaboration between Rancourt and Horween. Horween developed a process where shell cordovan is placed into drums and tumbled for up to 24 hours. The process softens the shells and changes the texture to create unique characteristics in each piece.
This shoe is my favorite! Owned them for a couple month's now. Comfortable out of the box, minimal break-in. They easily fit that slot between too dressy and too casual. Highly recommend for anyone on the fence. Yes a tad pricey but your feet will love them and the compliments received as always are priceless. Also very easy to keep clean !
These shoes remind me that the world of shoe making has changed so much. They certainly aren't cheap, but I also love owning something I can take care of and rebuild for years to come.
