Shipping

Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays. International delivery is available for all orders, if you have questions please call us at 855-999-3544 or email at info@rancourtshoes.com

Returns

Given that our shoes are made to order returns will not be accepted for any reason other than manufacturing defects. Before placing your order, please be absolutely certain of your size because shoes cannot be returned for improper fit. If, during the course of normal wear, your shoes become defective, please contact us and we will find a way to resolve the defect either by repairing or replacing the shoes.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If you receive a Rancourt & Co. package that appears damaged to the extent that the goods inside may be damaged, please refuse the delivery and inform us immediately by email or phone.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact Rancourt & Co. by phone or email and we will be happy to assist you with a resolution.

We recommend shipping your return with a service that provides package tracking to avoid delays. Rancourt & Co. will not accept COD packages. We recommend that you insure your package appropriately.

Shipping Limitations

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
