Description
The Traveler Collection is all about ease and comfort. The leather is low maintenance and will develop a beautiful patina over time. We made these unlined so you can go barefoot and the uppers will stretch and mold to your feet. The Traveler outsole is made by hand from 100% natural latex by Reltex Lactae Hevea in France. What does all of this mean to you? Unparalleled comfort and durability. This type of cup sole can be attached without the use of a midsole which makes these incredibly lightweight and flexible, adding to the comfort of the shoes. There's one catch, this type of sole cannot be replaced, so take good care of these. Each pair is made using our traditional genuine handsewn moccasin construction, a shoemaking technique that is uniquely American. Made in Maine, USA.
*The Traveler sole cannot be replaced, however we opted to use Reltex Lactae Hevea soles because of their exceptional durability. We recommend treating these as you would a driving-moc, treat with care and we don't suggest wearing them for extended periods of walking.

Great last for casual handsewn shoes like boat shoes and ranger-mocs. Classic round toe like the 114 but slightly longer with a broader and taller toe box for a roomier fit. Order your normal Rancourt size. Sizing Guide
Great shoes; wear like sneakers, but great for the office
I have owned these for quite some time, but didn't start wearing them frequently until recently. They are super comfortable. They have enough padding under the heel to feel comfortable for walking medium distances, and they have less padding under the forefoot to offer a nice feel of the ground. The leather is thick and sturdy. It took a few wears to break in, but they have now molded to my feet perfectly. Chromexcel is a great leather--smells lovely, easy to buff out any scuffs, and ages well. It is too bad these aren't resoleable, but I understand the design choice.
I never write reviews for anything, but I will for these shoes and this company. I am beyond impressed with the quality and comfort - you get what you pay for. I might sleep in these.

First, I’ll say, my husband was pleased with the quality. I was very disappointed with the company. I placed the order 3 weeks before Christmas and ended up receiving these shoes almost 3 months later. They were supposed to be a Christmas gift and be delivered by Christmas. I would not pay this much money again unless I know exactly when I’m going to receive the product. Delivery timing was unreliable and the expected delivery date was missed twice.
