This is mostly a review of Rancourt's incredible customer service. David was so patient with me as it took several attempts to get my sizing right. As for the shoes, they are beautiful, well-made, comfortable right out of the box. Perfect dress loafer to wear with suits. They are definitely hand-made with each shoe having its own character from the particular craftsperson who made it. I'll definitely be back for my next work shoe purchase.

Really great shoes - Rancourt was patient with me to find my correct size. (Turns out you can comfortably fit in much larger sneakers than loafers.) Really beautiful shoe. The dark color is so versatile.
