Great Shoe Lengthy Time to make
Great quality shoe that stands out in a professional environment or social setting. Takes a good while to brake in leather. (like years), Need regular heal work as expected. Honesty after a couple of years wearing at least twice a week they still look new. Lead time to get is long so plan early or get a different shoe. Fit using their process to size is excellent. Would I get another pair, ask me in another 8 years. when they are worn.

Great service but the credit is narrowly applicable
It’s really nice to be able to try on demo shoes before you wait weeks for a made to order pair but since the credit doesn’t apply unless you order a full custom pair it’s not for most people. Check with Rancourt directly before you order these

Helped me make the right purchase
I ordered two trial pairs in different widths (9D and 9E) and received one pair of loafers and a pair of derby-style shoes, which I guessed was down to the availability of the sizes I requested. Everything worked out though and I was able to nail my exact size with Pinch Penny Loafers. Since it's highly unlikely for most customers to try this brand on for size in a store, I recommend spending a little more to narrow in on one's ideal size with the trial shoes. I'm glad I did...

Good experience, excellent quality
Overall - The trial loafers are great quality, reassuring me that this is a quality company. Customer Support was fantastic. Shipping is a concern as delays have occurred for 3 orders (Including with extra money spent for expedited shipping).
The fit - The last is a bit narrow with a low instep. I ultimately needed to size up .5 from my usual fit from other companies.
Customer Support - The first pairs I received were both too small. I reached out Customer Support and they were quick to respond and setup an additional order for two more pairs to be sent.
Shipping - The initial delivery date for the first pairs of loafers was 7 days from shipping notice. Delivery occurred on day 11. The second pairs of loafers were delivered on day 12 from the shipping notice.
