Our Premium Refurbishing package includes re-soling your Rancourt & Co. shoes with any sole of your choosing, replacement of laces, replacement of sockliners and complete reconditioning of the uppers. It doesn't get much better than this. Your shoes will come back looking almost new. Please note that if your shoes currently have a boat sole or camp-moc sole they can only be replaced with a boat sole or camp-moc sole.

My shoes were about 10 years old and they replaced the soles, cleaned and polished them, and my shoes came back looking almost new. (I say almost new because they did show some wear after 10 years.) I'm very happy with the wonderful job they did for me.
Only positive things to say about my Rancourt shoes. They are beautiful, tough, and comfortable. The refurb was incredible. They came back like new. I've been wearing them everyday since, for at least a month (as you can tell from the dirt in the pictures). The only problem was that it took a really really really long time. I waited for months and emailed customer service a few times because I was afraid they had gotten lost. Bottom line: set your expectations...the shoes will be perfect, but they won't arrive quickly.

Service, quality, all outstanding, as expected. I do have to convey that the quality of the sock liner doesn’t match the rest of the experience. I had a full length chromexcel sock liner previously (can’t remember if I had it the camp mocks or some other loafer) and that would really complete the package. I suggest at least offering it as an upgrade.
