Excellent boat shoes. Made in the USA in Maine out of Horween CXL. Fit true to size at 9.5 D, they're breaking in fast and comfortable.

I’ve bought several pairs over the years and use their re-soling services. These are the best boat shoes I e found for myself, and they are worth try the premium compared to what I was buying before. These shoes run narrow, so I end up buying the wide version.
I've owned boat shoes of varying quality since I bought my first pair in the mid 1970s. None of them are as nice as the ones I recently got from Rancourt. The materials they use are first rate, and I expect these shoes will be perfect for casual use and the times I intend to wear them later this month on watercraft.
My pair fit perfectly without socks, which is how I intend to wear them, although they would also work fine with thin socks. One point: almost all my street shoes are 9-1/2s; these boat shoes are 8-1/2s.
Shoes are extremely soft. Feels like you walking foot. Worth half of what I paid.
Basically, it is just a boat shoe, but it it an incredibly well made boat shoe. The main thing for me beyond quality of the shoe is the color. The brown shades of s o many leather goods today look “dead”. They lack the richness of the color that Rancourt used in their Chicago Tan leathers.
