Very comfortable -- felt good right out of the box, very lightweight, the sole flexes well when walking, the toe box is wide enough for human feet, and visually it's not too formal but still reads as a loafer
I’m usually a 12E in everything except White’s Boots and Redwing. I called up and they suggested 11.5E and the fit was right on. These loafers are so well made. They are a bit more structured than Quoddy’s. I’ll be ordering another pair with beef roll construction with the natural rubber soles. Very happy with my purchase.
I already bought these in dark brown a year ago and wear almost every day. Had to have a pair in black. There is nothing better than handmade shoes! Worth every penny.
